The Central America's Jewel— Costa Rica

The Republic of Costa Rica is a Central American country bordered by Nicaragua to the north, Panama to the south-southeast, the Pacific Ocean to the west and south, and the Caribbean Sea to the east.

San Jose is the capital and largest city of Costa Rica. Other important cities include Alajuela, Cartago, Guanacaste, Heredia, Limón, and Puntarenas.

Spanish is the official, and English is other language of Costa Rica. 75% people are Roman Catholics, and 14% are Protestants in Costa Rica. Costa Rican colón (¢) is the currency of Costa Rica.

The Central America's jewel, Costa Rica, an ecotourism heaven known for its serene nature, is one of the best places to experience the tropics. It offers great surfing opportunities around coastline.
